Doctor is excellent. Surgery scheduling person is awful. She has dropped the ball completely. Doesn't even have the courtesy to return my calls.

I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had there. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased.

My wife was referred to Dr Goral based her Orthopedic surgeon and CT lab report stating a need for corrective surgery to her full knee replacement. After a quick (and of course painful) examination, he couldn't get the CT file to work on his laptop, announced he hated computers, refused to read the CT report or listen to what the recommendations were and proceeded to give us a lecture on the basics of knee revisions. When I tried to ask a question he cut me off, saying that's all he had to say and walked out. Is he actually a doctor?? Going there was a waist of time and money, and my wife burst into tears afterward.

Dr Goral has been my doctor since 1992, and I cannot say enough good about him. He is a brilliant diagnostician, a very skilled surgeon who is of the mind that surgery should be last resort if there is anything less drastic that will amend the problem, and a truly good man.

One of my greatest regrets about leaving Maryland is losing ready access to him as my doctor and long-time friend.

I highly recommend him and his staff for any and all orthopedic needs.
