My mother had a horrible experience!!!! Dr. Nokes was unprofessional and all he cared about was the money. My mom lost her crown because of poor care, and they took NO responsibility for a very poor outcome.

I would NOT recommend going to this practice if you value your teeth and keeping them...and your money

I agree with the review from July 23, 2015. I have had visits to this provider in the past and had to wait 45 minutes each time. When I inquired about the delay, I was told that this office has to set aside time for any emergency visits that may occur during the course of the day. I can understand a few patients being seen on an emergency basis however, not every patient being seen is an emergency visit. This office needs to practice better time management skills so that patients are seen promptly. If there is an appointment delay, then the office needs to communicate this to the patients. It is only common courtesy and good customer service. My treatment that I received was good, the doctor was ok. I understand that this is a specialist office but the charges were overpriced. I hope this office reads all of these comments and improves on their timeliness and customer service to the patients.

This office has simply NO respect for the patient's time. On both of my visits, I had to wait for an extensive time to be seen - 1 hour and 1 hour and 20 minutes. No apologies were given. Before my second visit, I made it clear that I simply could NOT wait as I had done the 1st time, and I provided an extremely valid reason, but still I was not seen in a timely manner. On both visits, multiple people in the waiting room were complaining about the wait time. Hey people! Patient's time does matter - we do have lives too.

While sitting in the waiting room, a staff member was on the phone with pharmacies calling in prescriptions and clearly providing name, birthday,address, etc. of a patient so all could hear. HIPAA? Privacy?

In total, the doctor spent less than an hour with me resulting in receiving an exorbitant hourly rate. Yes, the doctor went to school, received special training, etc - but there was no really specialized equipment. A rate of over $1,000 an hour does seem to be a bit high. I am an accountant and have worked with medical practices so I am aware of the "costs". The services provided were definitely overpriced.

I had a root canal four years prior that had become infected at the root. Camelot got me in the day after I was seen at my dentist. Their staff was extremely nice and understanding. I had Dr. Noakes repair the tooth. He too was extremely nice and understanding. I am a big scardy cat and he and his staff really took care of me. Thanks guys!

When I discovered an old root canal was not done properly, I was referred to Camelot to have it redone. Dr. Parsons worked on my retreatment and I am confident that he did a great job. He is so detailed and thorough, I never felt like he rushed the job, even though it was a long procedure. He was also so understanding of my dentist anxiety. His assistant was also great and made the experience so much better. She was compassionate about my fear as well and knew how to calm me down and ease my mind. I will definitely choose Dr. Parsons again for any future work to make sure it is done correctly the first time!
