One thing I love about him, is that he's always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when he don't have an answer for my question. I never have to worry about him giving me a wrong answer just because he wasn't willing to ask for help. He is always polite and never uses foul language, which I really appreciate. It's always made me uncomfortable at other places when I've heard them use foul language, but they don't here. I know I can bring my kids, and not worry about it. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all.
