I was worried that I was going to be in a lot of pain when I left my appointment, but I wasn't at all. I felt absolutely fantastic and my mouth felt very clean. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. I've never seen a dental office that cares about their patients more than they do. They've never pressured me to get dental procedures I don't need, and they always have my best interest in mind. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. They are so kind and caring, and they stay open way past their closing time to help anyone who needs them. They wouldn't deny anyone that needed help. I know I can always count on them.

The doctor seems to do a good job but the office is a disaster. I have been sent a bill for an amount that was to be submitted to insurance a couple of years ago. What a disaster. Now I am supposed to contact the insurance company to take of what was their job to do. Geeze.
