They are constantly running late! By late afternoon, they are usually 1 1/2 hour behind.
It is also very difficult to schedule convenient appointments!
I missed an appointment and was informed I could not been scheduled for another 6 1/2 weeks. This is unacceptable.
Braces are less expensive at this orthodontist office than several other offices, by a few hundred dollars. Frustration and your time is not the savings. I will not choose this office again nor would I recommend it to anyone.

I went to have a retainer replaced and when the assistant was trying to check to assue the new retainer fit properly she caused a filling to break loose. She was telling me I would need to pull the retainer up to remove it but she was pulling it at an angle and the pressure caused my filling to dislodge. They put a temporary filling in it's place and told me I needed to call my dentist to have it fixed. I felt they should have paid the cost since it was due to one of their employees that the filling came out. They then told me they could replace it in their office, but by the time I was to return to have that done the person who was qualified to do it left to work somewhere else. They kept telling me the tooth needed a crown instead of a filling, but the filling was fine until I got to their office! Eventually I went to my dentist and he would only do a crown but this office never paid anything towards the cost of the work completed. Now I need a new retainer since the one I just bought doesn't fit any longer and they expect me to pay the full price for it! This is such a rip-off! The person who caused the filling to come out was rude immediately after she caused the problem. She started to tell me how she had not done anything wrong and that it was not her fault that the filling had come out! I use to like this place but with all the new staff their it is really a poor establishment!

Most of the staff there are very rude. At first, before i signed their contract they were very nice until after i signed the contract they became very bitter toned and unattentive. Dr. Barry is no longer there, there is a a new female orthodontist. She is a lot older and very kind..although, she is verrrryyy slow and I had a situation where she gave me the wrong instructions for my rubberbands and had a feeling so i doubled checked. Getting my braces tightened every month used to take no longer than 15 min. (includes waiting and getting it done) and now it takes 1 1/2 hr!! I am not happy with outcome of my results . I will never recommend this place to anyone i care for.
