Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. One of the first things I noticed about this business was the level of detail and attention to make the building handicap-accessible. Even the bathrooms were designed to be accessible with doors wide enough to accommodate wheelchairs and grab bars in the stalls. You could tell they really made an effort to accommodate people with all different needs. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway and close to all kinds of shops. I was able to do my shopping for the week right after my appointment.

The office was quiet and peaceful. I waited about 5 minutes for the appt. The doctor did not rush and gave me an opportunity to ask questions. I would recommend.

Dr. Scott gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. He went out of his way to make me feel special and respected, and never talks down to me. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. The one thing that I really Dr. Scott is his sense of humor and helping to make me relax. His full attention is always on me and what we are talking about. He does not take phone calls while he is visiting with a patient.

I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me.
