Dr. Neufeld saw me every morning while I was hospitalized. He has a wonderful bedside manner. He was a good listener, empathetic to my needs and very professional.

I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. This provider has no helpful information available online, apart from their address and phone number. They just have a basic listings page. They don't treat their clients equally at all, and only make time for their favorite clients. If they didn't like me, they didn't make time for me. They were a little too argumentative and angry. They didn't seem like they wanted to listen to almost everything I had to say. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here.

Received reports from hospital when Dr. Neufeld was my doctor. Mistakes on the reports and several items where he claims I knew what was wrong with me and yet I was NEVER told the results of my tests or surgery from him or the surgeon. I was literally rushed to surgery finding out several years later nothing was done properly and the surgery was unnecessary. Complications for months after surgery was brushed off by Dr. Neufeld. NEVER plan on going to him EVER!!

Dr Laurence Neufeld is a wonderful man and a awesome Dr. (and I have seen a lot of Dr.'s)! He was with me through the hardest part of my life, losing my precious Daddy. I have been a patient since I was 20 something yrs old and now into my 40's. Although its hard to see him sometimes (see one of his P.A.'s) he is there if I really need him. The staff is always helpful especially his assistant. I hope he never retires :)

Many people in my family have gone to this office over the past two decades. Recently, we learned that my grandmother was misdiagnosed by Dr. Neufeld. This error could have killed her had she not spoken with another doctor recently who immediately scheduled her for surgery. He's a kind man and we appreciated seeing him for a time, but this was just a sloppy error on his part. Garside, who works with him treated me for five years for something that it turns out I didn't even have. I would not suggest this place as it has definitely gone downhill.
