Dr. Eisenberg call DCF on us I was exclusively breastfeeding my daughter at the time and instead of recommending a switch her to formula she wants me to go to the hospital. Then she threatened to call the police all because my husband said that we are taking her to Baptist and not Shands. Bullying and it taking my daughter to the hospital. It was my choice to exclusively breastfeed I didn't want my daughter having formula. And instead of being nice and saying you might want to switch to formula she made us take our daughter to the hospital. Every time I say her name around my daughter she starts screaming bloody murder. She scared my daughter. She forced her finger in my daughter's mouth but she's only two and a half months at the time then manhandled my daughter because she wouldn't stop crying. And when she entered the room she slung with door open and it scared my daughter. My husband got a very bad vibe from her from the beginning. If you bring your kid here you are got the stupidest person in the world. I know my daughter is about to be one and she's very healthy and happy.

The provider was rude, discounted the parents concern, and only spoke to the children. Treated me like i couldnt take care of my children properly. Wanted to put my son on medicine right off instead of talking through all other alternatives. Specifically told me that i can't allow my children to be brought to her office in a cab and except my child to keep up with his dosage of medicines. We have never been in a cab in our life and i have no idea what made her say this to us. Staff told me that the Dr. is like the doctor on the TV show House, like this was suppose to make me feel better. I would ot recommend this dr.

They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. The office was easy enough to find. The doctor was rude, didn't even introduce herself OR LOOK me in the eye as this was my first visit with her!! She would not even ask ME, the PARENT, what was going on with my child's health....and got frustrated that I had to bring my other children with me instead of leaving them with someone else!!!!!!!! she has a HORRIBLE bed side manner and has a scowl on her face the past 3 times I've seen her! I'm stupid to keep going there, but I think NOW I will look elsewhere! Any doctor who won't tell the Parent the diagnosis/or findings and makes the PARENT ASK if their child is sick or not and then given Short abrupt statements when the PARENT is trying to be nice the entire time when they really feel like telling her off......well then, to me, THAT doc needs to go back in the millitary where she's paid to shut her mouth and do her job! A Pediatrician is there to TAKE CARE of children and RESPECT the parent as well.....don't need this anymore! see ya!

They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. After I told them that I didn't want my child to get certain vaccinations, they were very kind and considerate, and respected my decision. I really appreciated having a pediatrician that let me make what I felt were the right decisions for my child. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice.

Definitely. They ridiculed me when I asked for additional details

Yes! It was very unprofessional!

Not if my life depended on it

Absolutely not! I constantly have to repeat and re-explain my situation!
