They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. I know that they have a lot of clients here so I understand that they many not remember my name every time, but I am always really impressed when I walk in the door and am greeted by name. They always try to make the effort and for this I am grateful. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. The office was easy enough to find.

They consistently dismiss my concerns and accuse me of making problems up. I don't trust them to ever actually look into my concerns and see if they're valid. I would never recommend them to anyone. They were terrible. I've never seen a provider look so unprofessional. They obviously do not care about their appearance here because they looked like slobs. They don't treat their clients equally at all, and only make time for their favorite clients. If they didn't like me, they didn't make time for me. I was very surprised that they didn't want to answer my questions at all. In fact, they just ignored all of my questions.

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments
