Dr. Longenecker "rebuilt" my left knee back in 1987, when I had NO hope of regaining much function, due to my injury. He did a WONDERFUL job and gave me the ability to resume my life and walk. All during my recovery and all of the physical therapy that Dr. L ordered me to do....and I did it, he never told me that he had a bad back himself and that he understood what I was going through. He is compassionate, concerned and just a good guy and exceptional surgeon!!! If you ever read this, Dr. L, I want you to know that I did become a Registered Respiratory Therapist and I just retired from the U.S Dept of Veterans Affairs after a wonderful 20 year career. I heartily recommend Dr. Longenecker to anyone with knee problems. He's YOUR surgeon and the best ever!!!

Not the worst, but certainly not the best

They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They sometimes remember me. I was a little disappointed at how helpful the staff was when I called with my questions and concerns. They could have been more polite. They could work on improving their level of customer service here. It wasn't the worst that I have seen, but overall I left unimpressed. They seem to favor certain clients, and make an effort to help those clients. I was afraid that they wouldn't help me if they didn't like me.
