Didn't listen gave me injects that caved in my lower back (when I 1st came there 'Mareen' throw away my records bc she said there were not typed (I paid 47.00) for the records) in 2008 I had a EMG & my hands were not bothering me at all & my last appointment on June 3rd 2015 with Casey in the room I only accept it a ring finger trigger point shot. Well he Dr Uthaman took a long time as many time before (but he haf for on e looked at the EMG test and researchat that time. My Left arm was worst then my R. I had the EMG done in early 2008 1,200.00 test and s back then my hands did hurt sometimes but not lately (im thinking had 2 do with Texting bk then! I said 'I will only accept a tigger point shot to the ring L side finger (Esp.when Dec 2014 I walked around for 3 yrs w/a numb leg & he wrote a s cript (Still have it if they didn't throw my records in the trash it stated L12345 were effected & a incidence happened & my R leg was slammed hard in a car door a 92 heavy door! By a CPS worker bc I was trying to tell the CPS worker that it's hot in a locked up 92 Black Camaro & my 8yr old son was in the car I tried to stop please!! HE DIDNT CARE THAT IT WAS 90 OUT&HOTTER IN THAT CAR FOR A 8 YR OLD ! I tool Dr U that happen Sept 2012 & he asked if I plan to sue? I said Yes! But he didnt care & 2 yrs passed so screwd there! I told CPS he can't breathe! Well on that subject Dr decided to shot my leg 12/14 &now that shot sits in above my R leg knee about 4 inches &it still burnes bad! No MRI B4 Xmas tim we guess He needed more more $ & im more injured than b4 I stared now ! and still has noyl tg bill & thigh for a fe still giving me carpal tunnel shot wel He claimed in the room w/Casey three as I begged pls don't! He had me on 3/ 10''s of Methadone 7yrs its ruined my life forever! My teeth bones was pasing out & went to hospital 3 times! Side effects from quittin all meds! B/ i had it when aftera 'so calle CTS ! No it was not crhel my 2fingers a not woring& tha t & never& 5mgsVic"s &xanax every 28 days (that wasn't enought for him $$$ Greed no MRI agai! as I pay every day never aiaildr a Drv ll not a CPS at all wanted to shot mt elbow on 9/11 .Dr screwed me bad now no @'finallse eve l that way to much methadone didn't know ! And there is More too! Feelingv sick!

This place is disgusting ignorant and very unprofessional they treat all patients as if they were up to no good. They will hold all patients accountable for patients who do wrong. He will try to act like he forgets what you were talking about, act like you don't remember you, act like you don't remember your symptoms, act like he got amnesia. I am currently looking for new doctor I've been with him for seven years and I have just seen his unprofessional ass for what is it

This office is a joke!! I do not recommend this practice at all. The staff is
Extremely rude not helpful by any means. The office
Is dirty equipment is out of date, the wait just to see the
Doctor is hours upon hours. The doctor is not concerned with his patients
He shuts the door of his office and stays in there with a waiting room
FULL of patients!!!!!!!!!! Very unprofessional ALL around the board.
Wouldn't return there if you paid me. To add insult to injury this guys doesn't listen to his patients requests, feelings and always wants to do surgery on

They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. I wouldn't feel comfortable sending my friends and family here. Their care was less than stellar. The customer service is horrible. You can't get any paperwork needed, and God help you if you need an authorization or anything AFTER you have left the office - it's as if you don't exist! I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment. They were running really behind and I was disappointed because it threw off the rest of my day. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. Very very disappointed.

Every time I had a concern, or if I called to ask a question, the staff made me feel like I shouldn't have called. They weren't helpful at all. They are almost always unavailable.
Every time I've called in the past 4 months they promise to call me back by the end of the day. Still after 4 months it is impossible to get an appointment. Their equipment is old. Most of it was still in usable condition but I would have appreciated equipment that was at least current, including cabinets and drawers in the exam rooms that don't have doors that are falling off. Waiting time is hours for a 2 minute visit.
