Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

The nurse did the vital signs and I waited a long time for the doctor. I had an ear ache and the nurse looked at my ear. The medical provider never looked at my throat, nose, ears, etc. but prescribed antibiotics based on the fact that the nurse said my ear was throbbing. She was nice enough, but not very thorough. Her interest was in giving blood work to make money. I need a thyroid test and agreed to that as it is part of my yearly checkup, even though I was only nine moths from the last one. She performed a variety of other tests without my knowledge drawing several vials of blood and never informed me of what they were doing. My insurance bill was outrageous. I do not think a provider has a right to do what they want to do. If I need certain tests, like thyroid, because I take medication, that is okay, but just to do what you think is need without my consent and expect me to pay is wrong. The two things, never looking at my infected ear, which would have been appropriate and necessary, and performing unexplained tests for which I had to pay will keep me from ever returning. This was my fifth or sixth visit and I had similar experiences, but was hoping for the best. I will not return. It is clear to me that this is all about making money for them and not working with the real lives of their patients.

No, this provider rarely answers questions over the phone

Yes, I could tell they were cleaned regularly

I was left alone for a while, but it wasn't too long

Not really, it wasn't very clean

No, they've never taken personal calls with me
