Sometimes, I have to persuade them that I have an important concern that needs their attention. There have been times that they've paid attention to my concerns, but not many. They could work on improving their level of customer service here. It wasn't the worst that I have seen, but overall I left unimpressed. I do not agree with the way they do business here, it is always their way or the highway. They are so uncooperative if a customer complains and are never willing to admit if they are wrong. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored.

They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. Their equipment was very advanced and sophisticated. I was very impressed. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here.
