Dr. Phillips is calm, listens well, understands what you are trying to say, and is able to help. He is knowledgable and skillfull and has been able to help me with some complex problems.

Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. They were friendly and made me feel at home.

It wasn’t difficult to get an appointment with them at all. It was nice to be able to get in right away. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. The chairs in their waiting room were definitely above average. I was comfortable. Dr. Phillips is an expert with knowing medicines.
