I just relocated from Austin and needed to find a new Doctor. I made an appointment. The day before my appointment, I was called by staff as a reminder. They had yet to receive my records and so we agreed to reschedule. The day before second attempt, I received a call. Doctor had something come up and I agreed to reschedule. The third time came and went. I hadn't received a call reminder the day before and when I called to check on it, Shannon at the front desk answered the phone. She was obviously deep in conversation with someone else as she was paying me zero attention. When I asked about my appointment and my not getting a call, she proceeds to tell me that 'we don't call clients to remind them like other offices. It's up to you to remember when you should be here.' She actually gave me a talking to. After what was an eternity with her ongoing conversation with her co-worker and her talking down to me, she had the nerve to ask me if I'd like to reschedule. I politely declined. I have NEVER set foot in the office and after Shannon's little episode, I never will. Her bedside manner leaves EVERYTHING to be desired and if that's how Dr. Blum's staff is, well, I'm not so sure about him. Your front office will make or break your practice and this one lacks.

No, they are really great about answering the phone right away

No, I had to pay for parking!
