I thought he was fair and took time to listen to me. I would also say he is no push over but he has compassion. The two times I went I waited 30 minutes.

After waiting for weeks for a referral to their office, they finally offer me ONE DAY for an appointment, take it or leave it--two days before Thanksgiving, a day I'm not able to make.
Dr. Malinky, find another line of work. You obviously don't care about helping people, only about linking your pockets.

Dr. Laub / Interventional Pain Management is honestly the worst doctors office I have ever been to. The staff is absolutely the rudest staff I have ever dealt with. They are truly rude! This doctors office is hard to get into even during an emergency. There were several times that I had to wait to be seen for over an hour which is ridiculous. But if you are late even by a few minutes (12 minutes) they will not see you even if you live hours away or the weather is really bad. While I have been in the room with the PA staff knock on the door and then barge right in. Of course with the door being held open people going by can see in which is so unprofessional. I do not want everyone seeing in obviously! You get rushed through the appointment even though you are paying big bucks to be there and for their time. Ninety nine percent of the time you see a physicians assistant. The physicians assistants are constantly changing and so it's like starting over with a new doctor over and over because the physicians assistants don't read your chart ahead of time to know what's going on with your treatment. Dr. Laub is a very cold, rude, uncaring, insensitive, egotistical man. He has a very short temper and is very rude to his patients. Dr. Laub has no problem yelling at you. He acts as if he's superior and you are beneath him. This man should not be a doctor. There is absolutely no bedside manner in this doctors office! This doctors office does not have any compassion and will not treat you the patient with dignity or respect! They will treat you like you are a drug addict even though you arent and they are the ones prescribing the medication to you. I wish I would have read all the different reviews before I transferred to this doctors office. Dr. Laub & Interventional Pain Management does not care about their patients. They care about the money. Too many things wrong with this doctors office to even describe. Don't go to them, go to a doctor who is a professional and will treat you in a caring, respectful manner.

Since I arrived just minutes late, since the place is difficult to find, and the fact I moved to Colorado from the east coast recently? They said I would have to re-schedule my appointment. I said are you serious? Which irritated me to the point of saying "I can surely find another pain doctor, since I really don't know where I'm at." I got another referral for another doctor a couple of hours later. Being late was obviously my fault, and I understand this. Funny just how many hours in my life that "I've" had to wait on nearly "all" physicians by sometimes up to an hour. As well most other people too. If a doctor that is this much of a "stickler" for promptness to this degree, I feel is a "joke", and I would rather see anyone else. If you have an appointment for Malinky or Laub, then I would suggest making a "trial run" to that office. Just make sure you schedule it anytime other than 7:25 a.m. check-in.

Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. I had the hardest time finding their office, and I usually have a good sense of direction. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. My boundaries were crossed by the physician....now I have ptsd..thanks punk
