Not really. I usually have to remind them.

Definitely! They staff spoke very highly of him/her

Definitely not; I received the best service ever!

When I was last at Dr. Lebovic's office the fire alarm went off and we had to evacuate the building. Dr. Lebovic was the last person to leave the office, an elderly and frail lady on his arm. He was patient and kind to her and slowly walked her down the entire flight of stairs to safety gently encouraging her along the way. Thankfully it was a false alarm but I appreciated the Dr's care for his patient. While I am never eager to get my mammogram (who is??) I am reassured that my doctor is kind, attentive and will take his time with me as he did with the lady he so kindly assisted.
