I had Botox recently and 10 days out I have a droopy eyelids. I have had treatments for the last 3+ years & have always felt comfortable & supported. I'm disappointed because I was never informed about this potential side effect. I was concerned about using another RN because I normally see Michelle who is excellent in every way. I have always felt the service & follow up was excellent until now. In retrospect, I wished I'd canceled when I found out there was someone else doing the treatment. I don't know how long the droopy eye lid will last but for $550 worth of product & this type of result, I think a few wrinkle may be worth putting up with. I'm very disappointed & feel let down. I saw my primary care md 7 day post thinking it may be an eye oinfection or allergies but was told to call the spa because there was no signs of anything abnormal. When I called, i was told, "oh well, that's what happens when you mess with Mother Nature. You'll just have to be patient & it will correct itself. " This was not very comforting nor helpful. It's very scary since I don't how long the droopy eyelid will last - 2 weeks or 3 months. It's visibly obvious & I've already had people at work comment on my appearance, which is frustrating & embarrassing. This is suppose to help me feel youthful & refreshed but instead I feel like I need to hide out until the side effect resolves ( if it resolves!)
I think everyone should know that this side effect is possible & if it happens it is hideous & embarrassing & should be considered before using the product.

The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. This provider has so much helpful information available online. They have an impressive website that's easy to use, with forms that you can fill out before your appointment. They also have a great online presence in multiple directories. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible.

I had vein laser treatment of my red veins in my legs. I am now 8 weeks out of the treatment and there has been NO improvement of the appearance of the veins. A total waste of time and money, not to mention the pain involved. I also had the little red spots lasered at the same time, and it has left me with scars where the red spots were. I am 8 weeks out. I spent over $500.00 for the two treatments and it was a total waste of my money. Very disappointed.
