My experiences at Avanti New Life have been great! All the staff are very knowledgeable and are always nice & professional, both in the procedures they do and in their treatment of me personally. I feel like they respect me, listen to me and don't pressure me with unwanted sales. This is my go-to medical spa now. I'm so glad I found them!

They are always accomodating in scheduling my appointments due to their extended hours and get me in quickly. The music and total atmosphere there is always soothing and relaxing. The entire staff obviously makes an effort to look great and maintain a very professional appearance. It's always a treat for me to visit Avanti.

This clinic is run by an LPN who is loud and often rude. They have no physician in the office. I was never seen by a physician and the LPN decided what procedure should be done and provided the service. The owner is not a medical professional and has only recently purchased the business. They do not offer Care Credit. I am not sure how they legally operate this office.

The staff was great. My issue is with the policy. I missed a treatment because I had work obligations that popped up. There was nothing that I could do. I was told I'd have to pay a fee before they would treat me again. I may not have had a big issue with this, except my hair wasn't going away. If my appointment was a few days behind, I was hairy. I'm seeking a refund, and have gone to ideal image.
