If you are looking to be coddled, this is not the place to go, but the doctor does know his stuff. I am happy with the results, but I have had a hard time getting prescription refills and the staff could be more helpful and friendly. The wait time is usually a while in a not-so-comfortable waiting room, but I believe that the doctor was thorough in his examinations, did a good job the minor mole removal he performed, and prescribed medication that would help with acne.

The front desk staff's lack of professionalism and their complete disregard for patients is simply unforgivable. More times than not, patients are made to wait 30 to 45 minutes past their appointment time. The staff is unsympathetic about wait times and are extremely disrespectful. I have run across front desk staff that have not been overly friendly, but never have I encountered a front line that is openly rude and inappropriate. Even the best doctor in the world should treat its patients with respect. That is part of the healing process.

He has absolutely no bed side manners at all, absolutely NONE. He is not even polite and you do not feel welcome. It is as though he does not realize that we/patients are paying him. Reminder, this was my first appointment. He rushes you as though you are not concerned about your problem and it is obvious that he is not concern about you or your problem. It took me 2 months to get the appointment; after I got there, I waited about an hour to see him for about 7 minutes. They charge you for not showing up; however, they do not give you a discount for waiting so long in the waiting room, causing you to be late for work, etc. While I was waiting 2 mos for the appointment, I am disappointed that I did not look for someone else. My bad!

I paid him my co-payment and the insurance paid him a fortune on top of that. He sees about 15 patients in an hour. I can see why health insurance has gone up so high. You know he is laughing all the way to the bank.

He over books to get the money and could care less about your time and your time with his exam. There were not enough chairs in the waiting room to accommodate the patients. His greed is really revealing that it makes me wonder when he gives you shots if there is really anything in those needles. ????????? He also sells products. For him to take time to tell you about what he sells, he probably gets a piece of this action also. I have nothing against folks making money; however, I want to get my money's worth and not be cheated by the service.
