Never, they are very reliable.

Somewhat, I wasn't overly impressed

It could have used some cleaning

Never, I've been going here forever and they can't even remember my name

Whenever I've visited their office, it's always smelled really bad. They really need to clean or sterilize the office more. .It was not easy to reach them in an emergency. I had to call several times before I finally reached them. I've never thought of them as the type of doctor to go above and beyond. that doctor is just money hungry !!! all he cares about is money , does not spend no longer than 5-7 minutes with you after a long wait ! terrible ! office staff is great but he is just not a good doctor!
