I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. I was quite impressed with how much progress I made after my visit. They really helped me a lot, and I feel more hopeful about my health. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting.
