Dr. Jefferds ensured that any ill patient was quickly seen and evaluated by her, a rarity in this medical environment. She astutely evaluated me, taking time to ensure that she fully understood any issues that I was concerned about. I have seen her for several years, and considered myself fortunate to have such excellent medical care.

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

Dr. Jefferds is an expert in her field; she really knows her stuff! I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in her care. She is very caring and always makes sure you have a way to reach her in an emergency. She returns calls, immediately! I've seen several pulmonologists in several areas of the world, and she is my favorite!

I really appreciated that they explained my treatment's risks and benefits, and made sure I understood everything. I felt much more confident beginning treatment. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice.
