Very hard to get someone on the phone to talk to.

I just went on 10/14, it was a checkup. I felt good this time when I was talking with her, of course the first initial visit I felt nervous going so that makes me feel uneasy and paranoid. I felt more comfortable this time. She knows her stuff from what I can tell!

The doctor could care less. The office staff is unaware and unknowledgeable. The waiting time is excessive, close to one hour. The doctor is arrogant and patronizing. There is little respect for the patient and almost now acknowledgement that you are a person that is paying for their service.
Actual care is lacking and diagnosis unsure. Plan of action is without patient inclusion.
