I'm a cancer patient. When I was hospitalized for pneumonia at Palm Beach Gardens Hospital, he came in to see me, I was a bit cranky and said a few curse words, not directed at him..This doctor proceeded to freak out on me and reprimand me, even raising his voice, stormed out of the room in a huge huff. I've never experienced a doctor behave in this way before. I filed a report and of course nothing was done. His bedside manner was terrible and he behaved in an unprofessional manner.

My father was seen in the ER. I was immediately impressed by Dr. DeOlazabal's professional manner and thorough exam. He explained test results and how he arrived at his diagnosis. He then reviewed the plan of care so my father understood what to expect and why.

Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible

I ended up in the emergency room because this doctor's office did not return calls. This happened twice. It took five days and five calls to get a call back. I could have died in the meantime. I thought doctors were supposed to care about patients. THe other thing is that I received a bill for a doctor's visit which I never had. I am reporting them to the insurance company.
