All the time! the waiting rooms are always packed and It seems as if they are more concerned about quantity over quality

They seemed to know what they were talking about most of the time, but I still wasn't very comfortable. . It's shocking how little they seem to care about customer service. From my experience It appears as if customers are never put first here. The staff is incredibly rude and seem to care more about themselves.

They didn't tell me anything about my treatment options. I left feeling very confused and frustrated. They didn't give me advice that would benefit me at all. They only cared about what would make them the most money. I'd rather go to someone else who might actually appreciate my loyalty and business. Everything I told them seemed to go in one ear and out the other. I didn't feel like they cared about what I had to say at all. One thing I don't like, is that I can't be confident that they'll work with me until they find the best solution for me.
