He talked with a heavy accent. I told him I had a hard time understanding him and he said "I know. I talk fast." Not exactly what the problem was...

He was short in tone and rude. I went one more times and that was it...

I've been going to Rajpara for a few years now for my Narcolepsy. Everything is just fine when I go in and simply ask for refills, but if I ask any question unrelated to that refill, they tag me with another appointment fee and co-pay in turn. For the $120 that they charge for me to be in the office, I feel like I shouldn't have to pay again just because I'm not happy with my medicine. I'm in there three minutes anyways.

Plus, as I am doing more and more home research about Narcolepsy, I'm thinking it is less likely that I actually have it. I switched to a restless leg drug for sleeping, and I feel great every day now. Hmmm.

I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff made me feel stupid for calling. I avoided calling because I didn't want to feel stupid.
