While I feel that the care I received was good, I was disappointed in the surgeon and staff. No one took the time to be warm or friendly instead there seems to be a very serious and intense atmosphere in the office that made me very feel uncomfortable. I was scared about the surgery and no one really seemed to care much about that fact.

There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease. They were extremely argumentative and became angry very easily. I was trying to explain my situation and they just contradicted everything I was saying before I could finish. I was uncomfortable that they were reluctant to seek any sort of outside advice when they didn't have an answer for my question. She called to cancelled my appt to review the treatment plan-said it wasnt necessary, and then expressed her anger with the treatment plan while I was under surgery and my mouth was still being worked on , She also used a chisel and hammer to remove my teeth, this is NO joke. I think this surgeon definately has psychological issues.
