They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. The office was easy enough to find. Billing staff did not let me know of my charges before I left so I thought it would be my normal $250.00 visit, two weeks later I receive a $798.50 bill and I have no insurance, the billing office should have talked with me before sending me to the lab to let me know the charges and make payment arrangements but they didn't and now they state oh you should have asked, no I have done medical billing before anyone without insurance even if they made a small payment at check in if they had additional tests or labs you talked to them before they left the office told them their charges and payment arrangements were made. It's sad, Dr. Craig is a very good doctor it's his billing staff that makes you wary on going there. Make sure if you have questions regarding your bill or testing ask before they are done as the billing office is lax on doing their job properly.

What I like most of all about Dr. Craig is that he doesn't rush through the appointment. He took a whole hour with me and explains things in a way you can understand and don't feel stupid. He listens well too. I would recommend him wholeheartedly. The only drawback is you have to make your appointment waaaaay in advance. He is booked pretty solid.
