Not at all! I had to schedule an appointment for absolutely everything!

I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. I was impressed with the equipment they were using. It looked very current and safe. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. I was left in the appointment room by myself, but they eventually returned. I wasn't given any sort of advice about how I could use natural remedies to get rid of my inflammation. I'll have to do my own research.

Definitely. Everything I was told has helped me immensely!

Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!!

No, if they had music on it was very soothing

They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. During my appointment, I was given a ton of helpful strategies to reduce and prevent my inflammation. As soon as I started trying them, I noticed a huge difference. I couldn't be happier!
DR VU is great and I miss him now that I have moved away but he is my top choice in RA docs
