Their office was nice and quiet.I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. They told me a bunch of simple lifestyle changes I could make that would reduce and prevent my inflammation. I couldn't believe how caring and attentive they were. They are definitely one of the best in the field. I love how attentive they are here. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special.

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had

I felt respected and understood. I felt that they were concerned about my health and my comfort. I was very happy with response time to questions I had after my appointment. I'm so happy with how my appointment went. They far exceeded my expectations. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. I feel safer in their care than I do with any other doctor. I trust them over anyone else in the field.

It was pretty difficult for me to get an appointment with them. I wish they had been able to get me in a little quicker. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. I was a little disappointed at how helpful the staff was when I called with my questions and concerns. They didn't make me wait long in the waiting room at all. They called me back to see the PA a couple minutes after I sat down. The staff welcomed me as soon as I walked in the door, and were happy to help me with whatever I needed.

I have never seen Dr. Krutchik. I saw Dr, Kaprove once and was assigned to a Physician's Assistant. In all the years I have been there I have only seen the PA. She is knowledgeable and works diligently on my case. She knows me thoroughly and always has good questions for me and remembers past issues. My problem with this provider is why have I not seen the dr? I asked at the front desk but was told I am assigned to the PA. It makes me wonder why. I wouldn't know what the dr looks like if I fell over her.
