Doctor Kaur is extremely smart! There is no talking AT YOU... she listens and gets to the point. She is amazing at spinal cord injections and hip injections. This is a very efficient clinic, and the staff is personable. I am very happy with the care I have received. Also, they are very strict-and they should be- about giving out and counting the medicine that you are given. So glad I found Dr. Kaur and I would not hesitate referring her OR her husband to friends and family.

I think they are a great office. They listen to what I have to say, they are up front about their policy's when it comes to medications and what you need to do to continue having them prescribe for you. I have never waited more then20-30 minutes past my scheduled office visit time. I have been going to them for 10 plus years, and I think they are one of the better offices. Good location, lots of parking. Have had in office procedures, and they do a great job with that as well. They keep me mobile which is good.

They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. I came to the office for a follow up appointment I had for over a month that Dr. Kaur had told me to make. I waited for an hour before she came in and asked me why I was there and that she was fitting me into her day. She then went on to attack me and tell me that I was depressed and that she wouldn't help me. I told her that in fact no I was not depressed and a very happy person that needed help managing pain....which is what she does! Her employees are all very rude, she is very rude and if you are not scheduling very expensive and painful injections she treats you like garbage. I will not be going back to her office after spending hundreds of dollars on her treatments that DO NOT WORK. I have never been so disrespected by a doctor and left her office crying. I am a medical assistant and work with doctors every day and there is in no way, shape or form any right for a provider to talk to her patients the way she talked to me.
