The chairs in their waiting room at this doctor's office weren't the best but they served their purpose and I couldn't complain. Their staff is very friendly and professional; I felt welcome. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. I wasn't worried about their equipment in the least. It was safe and well taken care of. Their staff is among the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. However, when calling to make another appointment repeatedly over a couple of weeks, I always got the answering service, gave them my number and never received a call back. Also, two different scans were done and Dr. Patel only gave me results for one scan. I felt he was very vague about the results.
