I have only seen this physician once. I waited in the waiting room and then in the exam room for 3 hours. The doctor was very pleasant and friendly. She answered all the questions I had (but this being the first visit I didn't have many) and told some things about migraines. She seemed very concerned and sure of how things would proceed. She ordered many expensive tests(25 blood tests, 2 MRI's , and 2 EEG's). nyway I did all of things she wanted me to do. I did find it strange when I had to ask when my follow up appointment was suppose to be. The 1st follow-up apt they cancelled, the 2nd cancelled, third cancelled. I have had some numbness and tingling in my fingers and bottoms of my feet that I would like to tell her about but I'm not sure I ever will. I practically had to beg the nurse to refill the prescriptions that she gave on the first visit telling her that it is not my fault that the appointments were not kept. If they cancel another appointment (which the latest appointment you can get is 1:30 and I am a teacher and its had to get off at that time) I guess I will have to request my records and try to find someone else, I shouldn't have to put up with abuse for people whose salary I'm paying!

Absolutely! It is right off the freeway and close to everthing

Not at all, their office smelled fantastic!

I am not going to refer my family and friends here. Almost every time I visit, I have to remind them why I'm there, and what my circumstances are. I have to wait forever in the waiting room and exam room. The chart is never in order. The office manager is absolutely the rudest person. She is rude to the other employees, patients and other doctors' offices. She was talking really loudly and angrily at another patient, threatened them that she was going to 'tell the doctor' that the patient was questioning her(the manager) and how she runs things. (She had scheduled the patient for a test but didn't get the right referral from the primary doctor and was trying to put the blame on the patient). She was yelling at this woman and put her in tears. Told the woman she was going to see, maybe the doctor wouldn't see her as a patient anymore. The doctor came out into the office area while this was going on and just ignored it.
I would never recommend them to anyone.

They played the typical, annoying elevator music. It did not make for a pleasing environment. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. The chairs in the waiting room were pretty standard I suppose. They served their purpose while I was waiting, but it would have been nice if they were a little more comfortable. Their prices were pretty high, but I've had to spend more at other places. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. Their office was way too cold, I was absolutely freezing. I usually don't have a problem with the cold, but I wanted to get out of that office as soon as possible.I I waited 3 hrs to see Dr Fujii and she was not interested in my concerns. I'm disabled and was very tired from the visit. She spend 15 minutes and wasn't interested in the pain I was experience.

For a neurologist's office their equipment seemed fairly current, but nothing special though. Whenever I have a question, even if it's very basic, they always make me schedule an appointment, which is extremely frustrating. To get them to coordinate with your other care providers is a nightmare The wait time once you are there for is terrible Her office manager is absolutely rude and unprofessional She behaves as if she is doing you a a favor by allowing you into the office. Have seen her reduce a woman to tears over an error that she, the manager, had made but was trying to blame on the patient. surprised at how the doctor dressed - kind of flaky She was nice and seemed to care about us but a lot of times she didn't make sense with what she was telling us.. The records were not in good order. We would come in to review tests that had been done and the tests results were either not in the chart or not in the proper place or she didn't know that that was what we were there for. She would ask for subjective symptoms or responses to therapy and then would discount them. I would NOT recommend her.
