Doctor is superb. Nurse can be rude and abrupt. Plan to deal with typical Olathe Medical red tape.

Dr. Zwibelman treated my family member while they were in the hospital at Olathe Medical Center. He seemed quite competent and thoroughly went over tests/treatment options. I'm trying to schedule a followup office appt. with him and am very alarmed to find just generic electronic voice prompts to leave information and someone will call back. There were no options to press to actually talk to a live person. Whereas I was comfortable dealing with him directly I find this very offputting to not be able to speak to a live person? Why the distancing? When I receive a call back I will be sure to inquire further. I believe a professional should have a transparent office and surely not a set up like this.
