This provider has integrity. As a human, she might not magically get the problem fixed immediately, but she works with the patient, has excellent referrals to specialists when needed, and follows up with the patient to make sure they are doing well or if something more is needed. I would highly recommend this provider.

Worst patient relationship skills I have ever experienced. The first time I saw this physician I was very unimpressed with their level of medical skill. When comparing them to others in their field, I would say they are by far the worst I have ever seen. The waiting room was very dirty. They were extremely argumentative and became angry very easily. I was trying to explain my situation and they just contradicted everything I was saying before I could finish. The only reason I even bothered to come back was because they kept sending me mail about needing an annual exam and I was too lazy to find someone better. The second time I arrived, I had just gotten married and was covered by two health insurance companies, but only had my old insurance card as my new one was still in the mail. Here I was, dressed in my suit from work, being as polite as could be, and the doctor took one look at me and said she refused to see me until my insurance had finished processing because she didn't trust that it was valid. My company's human resources manager offered to provide them with every peice of health insurance information available and was summarily rejected. I will certainly make the effort now to find a physician with some actual skills beyond attending med school in 1982, and who views patients as human beings. Overall a horrific experience. Please do not trust your health to this woman, find someone who cares about their patients.
