No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. Every time I come in for an appointment, and throughout the appointment, I'm always having to remind them who I am and what my circumstances are. It's very frustrating. I had to wait a while after I arrived for my appointment. The staff didn't even keep me updated about how much longer it would be. They didn't give me advice that would benefit me at all. They only cared about what would make them the most money.

I was pleased to see that their equipment looked new and well taken care of. It really put me at ease to see that nothing was old or falling apart. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. They gave about the same level of care as others I have been to for the same problem. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible.
