Is this the same Brian Swirsky,MD that used to practice in New Haven, Conn.? If so, he too saved my life. And I so wish that I could have him as my doctor now here in Charlotte, NC

Dr. Swirsky is , in my opinion, the most competent and caring MD I have ever been to in almost 75 years. He is the consumate professional and has a way of calming all fears and trepidations. One's first experience with cardiac issues can scare the starch right out of anybody. I don't think I would have survived without his compassion.

Great Doctor, saved my life & gave me hope.
I do have this question for the good Doctor: I'm in CT & my new Doctors say that I don't need Niaspan ER 1000mg as DR. Swirsky had prescibed for me, they say that it does nothing for me. My good colesterol is at 39 at my last blood test & it had been as high as 43. What do I do here, this is very concernng to me?
