Eyvonne is a caring and competent at EMDR. However, she is somewhat rigid and inflexible. She doesn't always follow through or call back when she says. I think she is more interested in her fee than me. Her recall of information is not what it should be. However I did benifet from the work we did together.

If I compare them to others in their field, I wouldn't say they're the worst, but they're definitely not the best. They seemed to know what they were talking about most of the time, but I still wasn't very comfortable. They needed to pay a little more attention to detail, to make sure they didn't make any mistakes. I could tell their entire attention wasn't focused on me. My appointments always get canceled last minute here. It is really frustrating and really unprofessional in my opinion.
