I have had 65 years of frequent visits to dentists all over the country. Dr Sauers is the best in her profession. She is uncommonly adept at all aspects of dentistry, and stays current through conferences and online courses. Her technique is professional and her approach is kind. The staff is just as professional, competent, and accomodating. I have never been more impressed or pleased with a practice in my (or family's) experience.

Called to make an appointment. Lisa said that they are not accepting new patients al all. I was about to ask for another Dentist then - 'Click', Lisa hung up on me.

Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met

Dr. Sauers is the most professional, gentle and kind dentist in the city of Erie. She truely cares about her patients. You will always leave her office with a smile on her face:)

Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better.
