Absolutely not! My phone calls aren't returned at all!

We have nothing but good things to say about Dr. Clougherty and her staff. She is very knowledgable and takes the time to listen to your concerns and answer any and all questions. Her office makes you feel very comfortable and relaxed- Large private patient rooms make you feel like you're not in a crowded office with other patients able to hear everything you say. She is very caring and has recently informed me about her staff position at Hershey Medical Center. Talk about someone who gives and gives! Highly Recommended

They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here.

They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. They almost always have a promotion or special going on. Whether its a complimentary consultation for new clients or a percent-off a certain service, I always get some sort of discount. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic.
