Dr. Young sutured my daughter's inner lip when she fell off her scooter earlier this year. This was at an emergency room where he is a contractor. He did bring a nurse or assistant to help him with this bloody situation!!! He was going to suture up my daughter's mouth all by himself! He obviously couldn't handle it, so he had to go ask someone at the hospital for help, who grudgingly helped because it wasn't really her job. It's been 8 months and the inside of my daughter's mouth looks "stringy" - very bad job of the sutures.

Also, his office didn't know how to file the paperwork with my insurance and sent me a separate bill that was supposed to be sent to the insurance company. They didn't know what code to put since it was supposedly "dental" work done at an ER. I had to work with my insurance company for months to get his office to file properly. After all that hassle, I wanted to take my daughter for a post-op to show him that the healing is not going as I was told. His office said that I would have to pay an office visit fee out of pocket. What the hell? I had the office assistant check with Dr. Young and he said the same thing. I cancelled my appointment and will be figuring this out another way. He does not deserve my business or anyone's business.

Also, beware of the front desk lady Tina. She is as rude as anyone can get.

They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you.

Dr. Young took the time to carefully explain the procedure using the drawing program on his computer. Since I am an engineer, I loved it!
