My son had gone to school in Marietta and upon graduation moved to a small town in the Dominican Republic where there was no ophthalmologist nor optician. I live in Kentucky, was going to visit our son in two days. I called Dr. Pack's office and they arranged for me to have a duplicate (just in case they get lost or broken) pair of glasses made for him at the Lenscrafters in Kentucky - the same day! Ready for the trip to see him tomorrow.

My prescription is tricky, and no one else has ever gotten it just right. I've been going to Dr. Pack for years, because he is so effective and helpful. In the past, I had visited many other optometrists, and have spent much more money -- with the same modern technology in use -- and have always had problems balancing reading / distance vision and age-related changes.

Also, it's easy to get an appointment, Dr. Pack takes the time to answer all my questions, and his staff always makes me feel welcome.

Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me.
