If I could give them ZERO stars I would. The support staff are wonderful but there management is terrible. During their grand opening my wife, I went for massages with our two daughters (2 years and 7 months). My wife was finishing up and I assume it was a manager came into the area where we were originally told to go with the kids, and said we could no longer be in that area because that was an area for people getting ready for a massage which I was. Now we had been in that area for 45 minutes prior to him coming in. My kids were not making any noise and were behaving. I decided to leave and not do the massage. I told the "manager" we would not be back and his response was, " THAT IS FINE. WE DO NOT NEED PEOPLE LIKE YOU HERE." So a family and kids that behave are not welcome in Salon Nordine of Fairfax Virginia. What a great grand opening. Why would part of the company say we could be back there and another part say we could not. Do not waste your money on this place. Spend it elsewhere.
