When they were demonstrating the exercises, they made it look so easy. Every move was explained to me in detail, and we went over the exercises multiple times so that I could fully understand the proper form. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. They explained all the risks and benefits of various exercises and training programs. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a workout program. Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time. They (he) always dress so professionally here, the staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance.
