I joined Golds Gym approximately four years ago. I found the environment to be motivating and friendly. About six months after joining the gym, I began to personal training with ElRoy Carr. He is definitely an asset to the gym. I continue to train at Golds Gym because of him. He has given me the tools to be successful in my weightloss program and maintaining a healthy lifestyle.

I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. They offer group fitness classes here, which is really nice. They have a good variety of them at convenient times. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. This gym is currently managed by Brandon and he is the best. I started at a size 16 February 2010 started working out with ElRoy Carr in April 2010 and am now a size 12!
