I have been to Forrest a few times, and every time I have received an excellent massage. Being older, I am prone to aches and pains that come with age, and being a larger, muscular person despite age, it takes a rather good masseuse or masseur to work out the kinks ... though frankly I have found most masseurs to inflict about as much pain as relief. (They don't seem to have the "feel" for their client that most masseuses I have seen possess. It is largely a communication problem, but I'd rather not spend most of the session describing how to give a massage to me.) Anyway, the relief has been real and lasting, thanks to skilled professional service without up-sales or inappropriate offers -- just excellent massages.

As an aside, I have found from experience that if a masseuse has not given me a particularly good massage it is at least partially my fault for not communicating well with the masseuse. For any who are thinking about giving ANY practitioner (masseuse or masseur) a truly bad review, consider carefully how you communicated with that practitioner before you write that pan. You should be willing to tell a provider what they are getting wrong -- politely -- and work with them, rather than just expecting excellence in the absence of communication.

Finally, I have only ever given one 5-star review for a massage. That masseuse set the bar by an amazing margin. So, this review might be regarded as a 4.9999 star review.

Straight-up massage of the finest kind, without up-sale or offer of "extras", every time I have been there. Price is reasonable, and completely acceptable for the quality of the massage. "I shall return!"

Received an excellent massage all three times, with three different therapists, I have been there, with no attempt to up-sell or offer anything inappropriate. Unfortunately, they could update some of their equipment, and though the place was adequately clean it could be better maintained. I will be back, though, and am confident of the quality of the massages I will receive.
