Dear Readers,

In the hub-bub of Christmas, a $150.00 gift card from my dear brother was lost or thrown away. I realize that this was my mistake. However, the Spa does not have a tracking system for this even though my brother paid by credit card. They are refusing to help. This is free money to them with no services provided. An injustice.

Sarah, the manager was quite rude (although, I liked her moxie in sticking up for her staff) and condescending saying that no one ever loses a gift card implying that I am dim-witted. She was of no help and not sympathetic to my plight at all. So a lesson...don't lose your gift card...better yet, don't buy any from this spa. Thanks for letting me bend your ear.
