Renee is amazing. From the moment you walk in the door you feel relaxed and calm. In the room Renee (as well as her other facial specialist) work wonders on my face. I've never looked or felt better. It's an amazing staff, from the facial specialist to the massage therapist. I've gone from never having a facial or a massage to a regular customer. I would recommend this wellness center to anyone.

The therapists are GREAT, but the owner, Renee, is a whack job! She does not know how to talk to people nor does she know how to run a business. She does not have anyone answering the phone....EVER. You ALWAYS get voicemail. You wait over a week for a return call. And this is just to schedule an appointment! And heaven help you if Renee herself calls you back; she is severely lacking in basic social skills. She speaks to you in a sarcastic, abrasive, and condescending tone for no apparent reason. If Carolina and Michael weren't such amazing therapists, I wouldn't even bother. I feel sorry for her employees. I'm not surprised at all to read the other comments on here about her.

Absolutely! They are always very careful and meticulous

Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met
