I booked an appointment with Dr. Garfinkel since he had such high ratings online. I was extremely disappointed. Dr. Garfinkel was very rude and unhelpful. He refused to answer my questions and insinuated that I should look for healthcare at another clinic. He spent less than 5 minutes with me and at the end of the appointment just got up and walked out of the room. I was quite bewildered and have never had such an awful experience with a medical professional in my life.

I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I was able to relax during my appointment here.. They took the time to listen to me. He is professional and thourough.

I had had very bad experiences with unethical and incompetent doctors before I saw Dr. Garfinkel, but his laid-back manner and overall capability put me at ease. I have moved away from his part of the world but if I were ever back there I would definitely be his patient again.

Absolutely, they always make me feel like I'm their only patient.

Yes, they were informing me of new advancements that were extremely recent
